What’s the rule about mentioning current media and literature in a novel?
December 6th, 2009Books, TV shows, movies etc. I’m writing a book and I would like my character to be reading a book that she relates to. I could make something up I guess, but I thought it might be more relate-able if I was able to use something current instead of an overused "classic" example. (ie. "Twilight" instead of "Romeo and Juliet") Problem is, I don’t know the actual rules/laws around that.

I’ve looked everywhere for programs that do that but there useless and don’t put the exact same movie on the disc (i.e blurry or skips scene’s). What programs are useful out there?
